Are you passionate about pearls and gemstones?

We are 2 gemmologists, Ayako Naito (owner at the Gallery Hatton Garden in Tokyo) and Felicitas Sohm (owner of TheGemGalleries based in Tokyo and originally from Switzerland), teaching all about pearls. Join one of our upcoming pearl classes and learn about the different kind of pearls (Japanese Akoya / Freshwater / South sea cultured pearls).

 

Content of the class: We will have a look at different oysters, talk about the cultivation process, learn how to check if the pearls are cultured or if they are imitations, and most important we will have lots of samples of different kind of pearls and qualities.

This 3.5 hour class will take place on four different dates.

Time: We will start at 9:30am and finish around 1:00pm.
